|
It's one thing to be poor, it's another to have no family, and still another to be disabled. Yet this is the situation of many of the 200+ learners at the Mason Lincoln SPECIAL school in Umlazi. Yet despite this they are happy and dream of a bright future.
However, their school is in desperate need of facilities. From school tables that wheel-chair bound learners can get behind to a geyser large enough to give them a warm shower to wooden huts so 4 grades don't need to learn in one room.
